1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and bk95 ("Platform", "Us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bk95 website at bk95.vu, the bk95 mobile app, and all services provided through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the BK95 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you also warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

BK95 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the bk95 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old as of the date of registration. bk95 takes the protection of minors from betting activities very seriously.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting is absolutely prohibited under applicable local law.
• Act on your own behalf and not as a representative or proxy for any other party.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list enforced by any recognized betting regulatory body.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

BK95 reserves the right to request documentary proof to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3 Registration and KYC Verification

Each player is only permitted to hold one bk95 account. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number and bank account details.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, bk95 reserves the right to request the following documents:

• Copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement (not more than three months old)
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment account used for deposits
• Any other supporting documents that bk95 deems necessary for compliance purposes

The KYC process is an essential step to protect you from fraud and account misuse. bk95 processes all submitted documents with full confidentiality and strict data encryption in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BK95 supports multiple payment methods including FPX bank transfer, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) and other methods displayed on the platform. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to your payment method and account level.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name.
• BK95 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• BK95 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes to 24 hours depending on the withdrawal method and time of request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BK95 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value for our players. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and bonus-related withdrawal limits.

General principles applicable to all bk95 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on bk95 are subject to the wagering rules set by the platform. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless bk95 offers a cash out option for a specific market.
• BK95 reserves the right to void or amend bets placed at odds displayed due to technical errors or data inaccuracies.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, BK95 will refer to the relevant sports governing body as the final authority.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to data delays and bk95 is not liable for any discrepancies arising from such delays.
• BK95 reserves the right to limit or reject bets from any account at the platform's sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or inaccurate odds is a violation of these terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk95 platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the platform, other players, or bk95's payment systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the bk95 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Using unfair methods to exploit the bk95 bonus system.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts or automated software to interact with the BK95 platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to access, modify, or interfere with bk95's systems or data.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

BK95 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A player's inability to verify their identity or age when requested
• Receipt of instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• If bk95 determines that account activity jeopardizes the integrity of the platform

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the bk95 customer support team. All eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to any applicable deductions.

Upon player request, BK95 also offers temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion for players who need a break from wagering activity.

9 Limitation of Liability

The bk95 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. bk95 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical issues, or disruptions beyond bk95's control
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers including game suppliers and payment providers
• Any betting decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete information
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• Any issues or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. BK95 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings, for an added layer of security.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws

BK95 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as the updated version is published on the platform. BK95 will endeavour to notify players of material changes via in-platform notices or email; however, your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules set by bk95.
